How to pack and ship flat iron?

1、How to pack the flat iron samples?

After we got the sample orders from our customers, we will get samples done as requests, if a sample is in stock and ready to ship, it will be packaged directly after checking and testing.

Step1. Sales part: After getting the finished sample, first we will check the appearance (the handle, plate, and trimming parts) to ensure there are no scratches, which are consistent with the requirements of the sample purchase order)

Step2. Take overall photos (details of plate, plug, and packing) , also we will shoot a product power-on video (to show the highest temperature and button function)

Step3. The sample will be put into the box, and the box is lined with cardboard to fix the product to prevent shaking. Then put the packing box into a Dedicated sample packing box, also add pearl cotton or other materials on the upper and lower sides to prevent the packing box from being over-squeezed. Finally to close the outer box and seal it securely with packing tape.

Step4. Waiting for the logistics company to pick up and ship the package, normally the second day, we will get the tracking number to our customers.

2、How are bulk orders of Flat Iron packaged?

Step1. It’s the last step when all finished goods(with bubble bag) get to the packing group, then put the products one by one into the box lined with cardboard.

Step2. The packaging box is covered with an environmentally plastic bag, which can effectively prevent friction between each box.

Step3. Pack the boxes into the outer carton, make sure that the inner box is fixed in the center of the big box, and the surrounding, top, and bottom are cushioned with packaging materials. Close the outer box and seal it securely with packing tape.

Step4. Normally we use 57*36*30cm for our common cartons, each carton with 25pcs hair straightener/hair flat irons. About 17.5kg, also the weight depends on the packing box and the model. Not all models with the same weight. Common Box size is 34.5*10.5*5.5cm.

Step5. Waiting for the logistics company to pick up and ship the package, normally the second day, we will get tracking number to our customers.

3、How to transport the hair straightener?

Regardless of samples or large quantities orders, the mode of transportation can be chosen by the customer. You can choose express, sea, land or air transportation. Normally 100-500pcs to America, customers prefer DHL for fast shipping within 8 working days, and by sea takes about 30 working days. For tracking, we will provide tracking website for customers and update in time.

4、How to reduce the loss during transportation?

The loss of packaging boxes has always been a concern for buyers. During the packaging process, we put an environmentally friendly plastic bag on each packaging box to prevent friction between packaging boxes during transportation or water ingress in rainy days, causing logo scratches and surface scratches.

If the original packaging is not available, simply wrap the box in several layers of bubble wrap. Secure the package with tape and place it in a strong shipping box. You can pack it in a double box, or if it is wrapped tightly with bubble wrap, you can simply pack a large amount of packaging material on the sides, top and bottom. Close and secure the box with packing tape.
